Just about everything on our menu is made from scratch, in house, by our own chefs.  With enough notice, we can make just about anything you wish.  Our number one category is steaks and number one item is baby back ribs though we do go through a boat load of Cowboy Bites (bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos) and smoked chicken wings.

In-house banquets and meetings:  Cowboy Sharkies has space for up to 300 guests in our facility with a private dining room for up to 150 people.  We can serve either buffet style or provide sit down service.  Our banquet menu (link above) is $12 per person and includes cheesy bread and refillable beverages.  Tax and tip are extra; however, choice of entree includes Salmon, Steak, Chicken, & Ribs served with smashed potatoes & gravy or rice, and grandma's green beans.

Our new menu includes our pizza menu and our complete wine, beer, & cocktail list.  It also includes such new items as Ahi Tuna, Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Garlicky Smoked Chicken, and our new Smoked Chicken Chimi.

$5 Lunch--Monday-Friday:  11-4pm

$5 Lunch--Sandwich of the day, homemade potato chips, & soft drink or tea.  Or, 1/2-Chef's Salad of the Day.

 

Sunday-Thursday All Day & Night: 

$11 Surf N Turf with 8oz K.C. Strip Steak & Colossal Grilled Shrimp.  Served with Baja rice and cheesy bread.

 

Friday Night: 

Smoked Chicken Pot Pie almost as good as Grandma's!  Topped with baked puff pastry for $10 served with your choice of soup or salad.

Saturday Night: 

Slow Smoked Prime Rib.  12oz USDA Choice, Angus, hickory smoked Prime Rib served with loaded smashed potatoes or baked potato, au jus, & horseradish cream for $15. 

Sunday Family Style Lunch

$8 Sunday Family Style lunch for 4 or more guests--Smoked Chicken, Spaghetti & Meatballs, or Pork Tenderloin with smashed potatoes & gravy, Grandma's green beans, applesauce, & cheesy bread.
