E-mail, Anniversary, & Birthday Clubs     We reward our loyal guests as much as possible. We have learned over the years that is less expensive and more rewarding to keep you happy than it is to attract and retain new guests. Therefore, we have several clubs and events to help keep you involved. E-mail Club: This is our way of keeping in touch with you to make sure you are informed about what is going on with Cowboys. E-mails are usually very brief and will contain links to web pages to help keep the size down. Short term specials and promotions are included. As a reward or incentive to read them there are E-mail club ONLY specials, discounts, and promotions including a lot of FREE offers. And, twice a year, E-mail club members only are invited out for FREE dinner, drinks, and entertainments: 3rd of July--hot dogs, hamburgers, cookies, and usually entertainment like Red Dirt bands, face painters, fire breathers, & jugglers. Holiday Party--first or second Thursday in November (this year is November 13th, 2008) we put out a traditional holiday dinner and decorate the Christmas Tree. We showcase our holiday catering meals and wonderful cranberry jalapeno cornbread stuffing. We usually have some fun contests such as team gingerbread home building with watery icing. Birthday Club: We go a little over the top here as well. Most places give you a dessert and embarrass you with a song; however, I am not such a good singer. In fact, when I sing in the shower, water stops coming out. To overcome this major obstacle, we opted to offer a free dinner up to $10.99 for your birthday. As a member of the birthday club, you will receive a birthday card during your birth month valid for that month and good for your FREE dinner. In order to send your card, we must have your birthday and mailing address. top Anniversary Club: We want to help make your anniversary special; therefore, we made the Anniversary Club. Much like the birthday club, we will mail you a card during your anniversary month and must have your anniversary date and mailing address. The anniversary card is valid for a FREE appetizer and FREE dessert to share. We ask that you purchase the entrees in the middle and any beverages. With enough notice, we can set your table with a romantic touch (wine glasses, candle lit, and table cloth). Stop by before hand and drop off flowers or an anniversary ring and we'll add it to your experience. top How to Join our Clubs: It is very simple to join! At the completion of your next visit, simply complete the top section of a comment card or the bottom section of your receipt and give it to your server. You will receive a welcome aboard letter shortly thereafter welcoming you to the appropriate clubs. Then, you will begin to receive regular emails.
